I like the subject matter, and the mood it creates in combination with the background.
However, I think the composition needs work, in that the car seems unbalanced in the photo.
I think there is too much ground, and the padding from the car to the right edge of the photo is a little too small.
Other than that though, it's nice for sure

I was thinking that also. My guess is that if he did it the car parked behind it would take from the photo? If anything perhaps the selective coloring would alleviate that a little.
