It's not really processed much, that's what they look like.

Very nice, looks too animated to me though.

Looks severely burnt around the edges ..

That's called a Vignette....used to draw the attention from the background to the foreground, which in this case would be
appropriate since the background has people.

Shame some of the feathers aren't completely in the frame, stuff like that's sort of annoying. I agree with people that think it's a little over saturated, you might not have changed anything in Lightroom, but your camera settings are probably set to high contrast and high saturation.

Pretty good looking picture. But ya the problem is, there is not much of a composition or something special about it. It looks good, but not really special either.
