That's shooting RAW. most "inexpensive" cameras don't shoot in RAW.

I though the question meant how to make a photo more clear, it's impossible. You can't.
There's however ways to give it a more vibrant and clear look, but it wont actually be straight from the camera clear.
I said to do this, you would adjust contrast, saturation etc.

I could be wrong, but it's just my thoughts.
