I have an account but I don't use it for the same reason as Photobucket.

A free Flickr account is somewhat a hassle, you can only upload a certain amount each month, and are very limited with other options.
And, if you hit your upload maximum, then delete them, you still have to wait until next month.
(The counter goes by 24/hours, so if you upload 1 minute before midnight, you can't upload again in 2 minutes either)

and I'm not paying.
