Yeah, my 400D is practically the same as yours, except for a couple of things, one being live view.

I think the ISO noise level is about at the same too... when I get to 1600, it's hard to get a photo without the noise. But anything lower than that is almost and always good. I would like a bigger view finder + LCD on my camera, but meh! I can live with this one. Definitely an awesome camera for a beginner. Not sure what my next camera will be... probably will buy lenses instead.

I've sold 11 of the 20 X 30" Prints now around $75 each.

Anyways, I will probably get the 5D Mk II, but I'm pretty sure a better one will be out by the time I get it so it will most likely go down in price.

I highly doubt that canon will get new pro or semi pro model by october, but i think price wil lgo down a bit and u might find them used more easilly.

...but I'm the kind of person who wants the "best" so I got this vs the lower models.

100d series like 400d 450d or 500d are the lower models, now there is new stipper budged version of this the 1000d, but its basicly same camera that older 350d in new body. 10d series like 40d or 50d is advanced amateur models, 5d series is semi pro models(5d mkII is on par with 1d series tho in meny ways because so much newer than newest 1d camera) and 1d/1ds series is pro models. So you got the lower model instead of best ;)

How do you sell them, Have people just asked for them or have you tried to sell them yourself?

Like how have you found people who wanted them?

I've shot 2 weddings, given out business cards with my website, and I know a lot of people (Facebook etc.)
People usually want it to give to somebody as a gift.
The latest I sold was a Zebra shot at 20" x 30" For $80 (With 2 5x7"s of the Zebra included)

My mom is a nutritionist, she sees over 125 Clients a week, and has a portfolio with my best shots in it in 8 X 10" Format which is usually on her office desk, people often
pick it up and take a look while waiting. (Like instead of a magazine, it's a portfolio ^_^)

Yeh I agree its a pretty good camera for the money.
The only things I dislike about the camera is the mediocre build quality!
