-When I see a seriously overexposed portrait.
-When someone is in near proximity to me with a Nikon D300

I hate when I accidentally leave the macro setting or flash on when I'm taking a photo that is far away or already brightly lit.

I agree with you Chant about people thinking a camera will make them better, I have taken great photos with crappy cameras, well not great by what I think is great, but other people tell me so...

What's yours?

Mine would be the fact that some people are "go by the books" they don't bend the "rules" or anything... they have it strict in their mind that "this is the way it SHOULD be."

Another one is the fact of how people that think just because I have a quality camera that it takes WONDERFUL and magnificent photos. But in reality, it's not the camera, but the guy behind it.

And another one: Egotistical photographers


The worst i think is when you see people walk around with like a Canon eos 400D with a kitlens and not put any effort in taking better pictures. Just getting a better camera wont help you with your pictures. Kitlenses are usually no good i think.

Oh ya and Over-edited pictures, i hate them.

Lol I often go out to a bird reserve, there is always birders there with 500mm, and then a second camera with my 70-200 as their backup, while im using it as my main LOL!

I hate it when people (my boss for instance..) shows off that he has a better camera and can take better pictures than anyone else.....
I like to show my pictures at work (especially the flower ones cause one co-worker loves flowers also), then my boss comes by and just says that he takes much better pictures because he has a (whatever) that's worth (don't remember nor do I care) and is the best digital camera on the market..... When all I can afford is my little point and shoot Canon....

when someone photoshops the mess out of a picture and say its legit
or brag about how expensive their camera is
or when sophomores( im a Senior) say they took a better picture for our photography class
while they are still in Photo 1 and im in Photo 4. kthx. i take more scenic pictures while they take pictures of flower pots?

Today I had a camera with me at school today.
Some friends asked me why I have it, and I explained to them that I want to do some photography.
When I told them I want to do it in the future as part of my career, they laughed. =(
