well here you can see the difference on 1.8 and 1.4 bokeh balls

1.8

1.4

the difference comes because 1.4 has more blades, so the bokeh balls are more round.

only lenses i got is that 24-105mm f/4 is and 50mm f/1.2, that camera is eos 300 film camera. Oh yea allso i got this lens, but it naturally wont fit in canon dslrs

Yeah I saw the difference in this review:

hmm I kinda like the pentagon shaped bokeh thing lol but as I said I will get the cheaper lens first and if I decide to go serious about portrait photography or whatever I will get the f/1.4 version later on. It kinda sucks when you have so many other things you want to buy than camera equipment lol.
hmm I thought you have whole a lot of lenses ohmy.gif at least you seem to have some experience with a lot more lenses than those two tongue.gif
Is that camera in the picture a medium format film camera? ohmy.gif

i have used quite meny lenses, but these is what i got now and i think ill stick with these for a while. That bokeh ball shape shows in normal background blur too and rounder the balls, smoother the background looks. 85mm 1.8 is allso great portrait lens, but 50mm is better for most other situations allso.

Yep thats a hasselblad 500c/m, bought it last week, but i got light meter this monday and iv been sick this week, so havent had time to shoot it other than one roll for test shots. I allso bought scanner and equipment to develop my own b&w films happy.gif
