Leica's are nice but there's not much point in 35mm film anymore unfortunately.

Yes there is, i went to a concert last night where slr cameras were banned, i asked if i can take my eos 300 with 50mm 1.8 that i borrowed from mate and apparently thats not an slr camera, so they let me take it in biggrin.gif . Im gonna develope and make my own prints from the 3 b/w rolls i had and get one color film to a shop. Hopefully i had some good shots.

i used 3 rolls of ilford 3200 and one roll of kodak fabrwelt 400(only color film they had at the time). I didnt have eny glue what the lights were gonna be, but 800 iso would have been enough, since 400 iso was just bearly usable without flash, but i wanted to use the color film mostly for long exposure + flash shots.

and yeah it was quite funny when i asked if i can shoot there, then the guy asked to see my camera and wasnt sure if it was ok, then he asked other guy if the camera was ok(he was working about 5 meters away) and he asked if it was a slr, i just told i got no idea what slr is and the camera is some old crap camera of my dads laugh.gif

Hahahahahahaha, fucking idiots shouldn't ban SLR's if they're too stupid to know what they are.

You sure you won't get any colour shifting with long exposure on the colour film?
Ilford films are nice, I need to get some Delta 100.

I got no idea what the resaults with the color film are going to be. I tried to underexpose most of the shots a bit, so that they wont go over the flash trace that much, but since the lights change so much i cant be sure how they were exposed.

i would have had to leave my backpack to cloakroom if i didnt show whats inside, jackets had to be left there allso. Its quite common to ban slrs in concerts, especially when the band is that big as Soulfly is

hopefully, i cant wait to get the films developed, allso i think ill get a scanner next week, then i can post the pics from the concert here. I tried two or three shots so that i flash the stage and hold the camera to audience for about 5 seconds, might get some quite intresting resaults, or then they will fail horribly tongue.gif
