usually i dont like tilt-shift pics or blurred pics made to look like tilt-shift, its because quite rareilly it looks good on pic and people usually use it when they shouldnt and neither of these do justice for tilt-shift, they just look poor shots(using too low f-number etc) of small objects that are unintresting..

This pic that i found on net is how tilt-shift should be used imo, not just blur all but one thin line in pic
