i like how you've used a tight aperture to darken the backround. If i could make one suggestion it would to try and not use the flash all the time, It's very difficult to freeze action indoors without a flash, but i really like non-flash indoor pictures.

I think then she probably would need a much faster lens than she has now. I doubt a lens with a maximum aperture could take those pictures without a flash or at least a bright light source. It's one of the reasons why I kinda want to get a 50mm f/1.4 lens.

Haha - I have tried everything in the damn book to be able to take shots inside without flash....... I use such a slow shutter speed, it's not even worth it... so flash it is. Then if I bump the ISO up - I just get a shitty ass noisy picture... so in all, it really sucks not using flash. It's probably the #1 thing that's annoyed me about my camera, so far.

I think like Futurama said, I'd need a better lens for that type of shot. All I got is a wide angle and a basic kit lens, nothing else.
