Well I actually bought the flash earlier today but I forgot to buy batteries for it sleep.gif but I did take a picture of it attached to my camera and it looks great and fit my camera perfectly size wise lol. I am sure the larger 580EX would be too big and look weird lol. I also asked about a diffuser but they didn't have on in stock so I may will get it later.

OMG! So I guess we bought that flash almost at the same time biggrin.gif.
Well I still need to get batteries for it though. What kind of batteries are you using? Rechargeable or alkaline?
and have you taken any test shots with it? tongue.gif

Well you better post those pictures in here lol. I am not sure taking night photos with a flash is a good idea especially outdoor but maybe you know how a few tricks. It's going to be interesting to see the results smile.gif.

Just something you probably already know.

Get NiMH rechargeable batteries and make sure you charge them correctly. My Sony NiMH's lose charge just sitting there really fast so I'm going to replace them soon with Energizers but yeah, these batteries are fickle.

Yeah I have had those stupid rechargeable batteries before lol but the good thing is they are relatively cheap so if you screw up recharging them you can just buy new ones biggrin.gif
So I guess Energizer is better than Sony? and how long would those batteries last before I have to recharge them again?
