Ummm... well uh, if you did what Tomes said, then how come you get barely even anything showing? Just a tiny part of it revealed.

If you remove the lens normally lens will be wide open and naturally focused area will be really(too) small.

Oh! crap lol I think I know what I did wrong. I didn't remove hold the DOF button while removing the lens... -.-
Going to try again now lol. Thanks!

haha yeah! I just took about 100 pics and I think only a handful of them actually turned out good or at least acceptable -.-.
I also discovered that if I want to zoom out and get more of the subject I actually have to zoom in probably because everything is reversed lol. It's kinda amazing though that at 17mm it would enlarge the object that much and you can see all the cracks and crap on a surface that looks clean and blank with your eyes. I can only imagine how much your 10-20mm lens could enlarge at the shortest focal length. You can probably see all the germs and cooties on a coin biggrin.gif.

Oh! Which lens did you use when you took yours? Your pictures look like they were taken with a lens using a quite long focal length.

Then I guess you probably used 28mm when you took yours. All the pictures I posted in here were taken at 17mm and I think that's the reason why it enlarged a very small area. and I used a 17-85mm lens - nothing special either biggrin.gif.
