really good shots might look a bit better if the background was in focus but could be my overtired eyes just can't cope with trying to focus on unfocused image

haha I didn't mean to insult your dog but it really does look like he was raising one eyebrow lol.



A good portrait should have blurred background otherwise the background would be too distracting .

the second (edited) is over contrasted due to the fact i was only really paying attention to Jakey boy instead of the backround it should be pretty easy to reduce the contrast of the backround but i like the 'water drop' sort of effect of the really out of focus reflections of the distant backround.

Yeah I have to agree with Qhotex here lol. That dog looks more like one of those monsters in D2 Act4 with very short legs and was spawned by some even uglier monsters lol can't remember the name of it .



I see I am not the only one who misses the green grass and trees .



lol the problem is many of those smaller dogs bark all the time and are very angry too lol. That's why I like larger dogs like German shepherd and Labradors .

the fill flash being used in your picture gives a nice effect.
ahh if id have used it on jake's picture then that would have solved the over contrasted problem as well i think

You know what you should do? Try to get ALL the pets you have together and take a group picture of them that would be awesome hahaha
