some of the bums you see around are actually quite well to do people who just bum and beg because they're too lazy to work which i think is very lame

It's true that some of the bums have only themselves to blame for their misery and suffering but I have seen and heard of some really sad stories about homeless people. Believe me there are actually very young people out there who don't really have a home to go or simply don't want to go because their parents are drug addicts or drunks or simply treat them like shit...
