i dont think he'd deliberately blur only the nose. So to answer your question: the nose was originally that blurry.

The Focus point was placed on the eyes.

no Photoshop, only Lightroom to change the overall tone of the image.


And, Miley Cyrus is a hot celebrity LOL.
BUT, her acting and singing is terrible in my opinion.
But she's still hot, and 16

Well I guess I am different that way because I am totally uninterested in those celebrities whether they are hot or not lol it's their acting skills, on screen performance and the characters they play that interest me the most.
