About the photo itself, I didnt know Olympus camera are that crappy and have that shitty high ISO performance I am sure my crappy cellphone can take better picture than that

You know often the lower amount of pixels packed onto a image sensor could actually make the ISO performance better because more light would fall on to each pixel reducing the need to digitally enhance the light thous reducing noise. I think that's the reason why EOS 40D has equal or better ISO performance than 50D even though 50D has more high tech sensor.
