If you're using a LCD monitor, it's because you're using an incompatible monitor driver that comes with the Windows Update.

One way you might fix it is editing the Color Management.
Start
Type "Color Management"
In the box, select, "Use my settings for this device"
In the "Profiles associated with this device" list, click the color profile that you want to remove, and then click Remove.
Close, restart, and see if this fixed your problem.

What are you telling me to do? The SS's is on the same screen.

I only think that the picture viewer is making the image in a lower quility, like when I save as jpeg in paint the colors is the same.

Windows Vista's Windows Photo Gallery viewer creates some errors for users because of their monitors. It may look great on other programs, but may have problems in the viewer. Most people have yellow tints.

I've just Googled your problem and put together some information to form a solution.

It's worth noting that's it's not worth fucking around with colours in PS or Gimp unless you've got a properly calibrated screen.

Still don't notice a difference, lol. it's a tiny pic and hard to tell, looks all the same to me tongue.gif
