But even if those guys wouldnt like that theyr pics are spread like that on internet, in real life they would have no chances of finding out this guys real name so they could send him the bill for using those photos or suing him after he wouldnt pay the bills enyway.
That isn't entirely true actually... If for some reason they found it necessary you could (rather simply) find out the location and name of the poster. All you need is to get a packet sniffer going and lure him into posting / pming you and given the time you could isolate the ip that made the connection to the localhost. Unfortunately some sites (such as hotmail) block this means of discovering someone's ip as when say I send an email to you this happens: I send an email

hotmail's servers pick it up & reroute it under their ip

you receive it. Once you have someone's Ip you got their geographical location aswell as information on the internet service provider they use and you can just call them up and tell them that due to copyright infringement you need access to the name of the ip holder so you can file a police report. Nothing is impossible
