ahh well I guess then you would have to crop the final version. hmm so I guess you have to use the exact same settings, not only exposure, for all the pics you want to put together into one panorama since I am sure it would weird if one got different iso, aperture,wb as the others biggrin.gif

Yeah, just keep everthing the same pretty much. Shooting hdr panoramas are a challenge haha

I shoot everything in raw only so it makes wb adjustment easy

ah I see. I guess thats why the colors in your photos look so much more natural than it would be if you shot in jpeg... man lol now I really wish I have a camera and try shooting in raw sad.gif

well I have heard of hdr imaging but I think I am too much of a noob right now to try making those biggrin.gif

Ahh once you go raw you never go back wink.gif

No one is too noob for hdr. Its a simple process once you get the hang of it. Basically combining extreme contrast ranges. Ill post a shot below.

wow cool! I dont think I have ever seen a hdr shot in this forum before. I have seen some really awesome ones in a real photography forum. I think one of the members there actually made a hdr of a beach with waves and all that. anyway I guess I've just been having too much fun exploring the city where I used to live earlier this year and never really took time to look into some of the more interesting stuff like multi exposure, panorama and raw ^^ Last summer I actually walked around like a tourist and took pics of almost everything I saw lmao

edit: very nice! but hmm they dont look very hdr-ly lol I mean Ive seen a few that almost look like paintings. maybe because there arent any colorful clouds in the sky in yours

found this one by googling for hdri biggrin.gif

It was the look i was going for. I wanted to make it really low key. The only way of doing that was controlling the highlight and shadow range.

The shot you googled is the more traditional hdr merge. Its awesome stuff.
