Damn.... I thought I responded to this. Now I have to type it all out again.

Antichrist, you mean to say that you did this yourself ? Twist the wires ? That kind of thing ?

Astragony, Ive yet to miss a shot. I have full controll of the flash as well. It rocks.

Chantal, I use this cord for an off camera flash. It gives me 20 feet more than the puny 2 feet the original un modded cable gave me.

well it depends on how you put the pics together tongue.gif I have seen some photoshop tutorials about putting pics together and some of the ideas are quite nifty. like this one:
http://tutorial.jcwcn.com/2D-Graphics/Photoshop/Photo-Effects/2008-06-24/9236.html

besides your signatures are really nice looking and cool probably because you know which pics to pick to put together that's a talent too you know lol
anyway everyone has been a newbie once and we learn by try and fail biggrin.gif this signature of mine is actually the third more "serious" attempt sleep.gif

HA! I was right! lol btw i know like nothing about portrait photography but from what I have heard the newer flashes, like the one you have Chantal, can be triggered by a wireless remote control or something. but my guess your solution is much cheaper, or?

Yeah ok ^^ that's what I thought you meant.

First go at it I wasn't paying attention and I cut off the ground wires from the outside. Talk about frustrating.

If you want you can ship that and some ends to me and ill solder it for you lol.
