it's in a great location too, as you can see i don't have a washing machine, a laundry place isn't even a block away, the bus stop is on the corner, the post office is just 3 blocks away, and the water front is a 7 minute walk... AND too boot it's a collage town; Collage girls- WOOT!
I'm very pleased with this place

btw other studio apartments in the area run from 500-800 a month, this was quite the deal

sigh I have this feeling that it will be whole a lot harder for me to find an apartment in the city where I am planning on to move to even though its tiny compared to NYC with a population of less than 200 000. so wish me good luck xD
