i like larger distances. no interference with subject.

The 100mm will give you the advantage of being able to shoot macro from farther away. I don't know how well they all perform against one another; however, I would go with the 100mm personally.

Think about the 70mm Macro from Sigma.

Probably the sharpest around.

Which of these Macro's what you choose ?

That Sigma is not a true macro lens. You can get some OK magnification with it, but nothing like the Canon. I would definitely go with the Canon L. That thing is a beauty.
