Is that taken with a 11-16 or a fish-eye?

link doesnt work for me, but from what i can remember is a fish eye is below 10mm
11mm is plenty wide enough though
fish eyes are very limited, whereas the 11-16mm is alot more useful

I'm going to guess it was taken with a wide angle. Fisheye looks a little more 'round'
