well, lot of edit and lot of postprocess
... this are originals I used, all pictures I took myself except lighthouse, which I downloaded from internet
very left top dont need explain, left top middle is clouds above boat (next to middle lightning), right top middle is used just boat (shadow artificial), very right top is rest of sky, left bottom is rocks on right side of picture and right bottom dont need explanation
... also forgot to add picture of water I used, but its just water similar to one with sail boat ... rest is artificial (lightnings are simplest tutorial you find over internet with gradient tool and difference clouds, I was just combining several lightnings into one and blending mode: screen, fog is lot of layers with different opacity and size of brush just white color) and then lots of masking, levels, curves, overlaying with blue channel, soft light with red channel to gain contrast etc.
and stars on glasses are manually painted
