Hello I want to start doing photographing and need a decent camera and dont wana spend to much, but i want a slr camera.
I was thinking of going for the Cannon RebelXs or the Nikon d3000, which should i go for or is there somthen better thats around 500?

It's $587 at Best Buys. Why can't you buy online?

B&H has it for $578 free shipping and no sales tax.

You can also try craigslist and see if you can get a used 40D or something.

I see, security nut? Just use paypal, credit card info isn't exposed.

Also use sites like resellerratings to make sure the retailer is reliable.

wich one in your opinion : nikon D90 or canon 40D ?
