I've had my Canon Rebel EOS for about 6 months now, and I love it to death.

But I think its time to get some upgrades/accessories.

What should I get, and what should come first?

I was thinking about getting a better lens, not sure which though.

First things first: What do you use your camera for? What do you intend to use it for in the near future? What would be your ultimate goal with it? What is your budget?

Here's my attempt to answer your questions.

I use my camera for my own personal use. I usually photograph cars. But when I'm not taking pics of cars it's landscapes. I hardly even take pictures of people.
Near future is still just personal use, but mainly cars.
Not really sure what goals I should even be looking at. I want to be able to stand farther away, but the pictures still look up close. I'd also like to even get a Fisheye.

Budget? I'm an online buyer, I'd like to stay about $400-500.

Ok then. What equipment do you currently have. Just a rebel and the kit lens? 18-55 mm?

Get a Sigma 10-20 lens. Check out some pictures with it.

You can do stunning photos about cars and also about landscapes with it. Price of it is around $400 if it is a used one I think.

He uses a Sigma 10-20 for example:

Correct, just the kit. I'll check in the lens size when I get home.

Sigma 10-20 is probably your wisest choice until you intend to makeany sort of money.

yes but also consider his budget. It is much more expensive (at least in Hungary) than the 10-20.

and it is not THAT better
