This morning, i woke up at 5am to drive out to a local meetup where other photographers teach us how to photograph wild birds, how to light them with strobes (if we have to), and their behaviors.
It was a great meetup as i have learned tons from those veterans and got to meet some really cool people.

First off, "Bob" the bird was nice enough to pose for us during the small lecture.

I believe the rest of these are Mockingbirds. (They told me but i forgot :/) It's amazing how they know what bird it is just by hearing it sing or that a Hawk was near when they hear "alarm" calls from other birds.
I seriously need a longer lens T_T My 100-400L is not long enough, even when shooting at 400mm, i have to crop away 70% of the image. I
need that 600L
