Sooooo. been a while since my last serious topic. I went to some 1 1/2 hours away welness hotel together with my mom and my little sister, spending some quality time after ages. it was quite cool. I took my camera with me, mainly to keep records of our trip, but it turned out there were quite some interesting subjects besides my family to shoot.

all of them are shot handheld with my 1000D + tokina 11-16mm ( trying out the new ultra wide angle was also a reason for taking the cam with me )

the first 3 shots are so so so so so so so so so GOOD

wtf lol failed to see anything special about these pictures.

The only thing that caught my eye on one of these is where you're reflected in the mirror. All I could think was, "I seeeee you" with a little singsong voice coming from a mischievous little nymph dancing around in my head lol other than that I might have to agree with onepage except for maybe number two because I think of an art gallery when I see that and that's cool to me

The noise in some of these shots is horrific. 4 & 5 Especially.

I think I like 2 the best.

1, 2 and the last one are the best. The noise is bad in some of them though, 3 is my least favourite

well yeah I couldnt shoot without any lower iso in some places. didnt have a tripod and a longer shutter speed would have turned out even blurrier, due to the fact the tokina doesnt have any IS. I tried around quite abit but this was the best I could come up with. also, the 1000D is known for it´s bad ISO capabilities. The really noisy shots in here are taken at ISO 400......... 100 and 200 are the only stops with decent outcomes tbh.
