fuck 1500 pictures to go. Did an on-the-spot slideshow produced on DVD featuring photography taken 15 minutes prior to its creation. My usual photo lab closed for labor day weekend without telling me, so I had to use Walgreens (gasp!). The whole wedding was one hour and a half late because of delays in make up and hair for the bride and the bride wanted two hours of photo in between church and reception (with only one hour of allowed time). They decided to do the dollar dance when I was finally able to get my plate of food, so I had to eat it cold. The wedding sported a horrible dj, despite the amount of money he charged. During the toss of the garter, the groom sent it so high that it hit a ceiling fan (about 3-4 meters high) and it ironically got thrown towards me and landed on my hand (i missed the perfect, accurate picture of someone catching the garter T_T), so I was forced to dance with the awfully sexy winner of the bouquet toss. ok I'm done venting.

This is the couple (yes i know, cheesy, overused pose, but it's what she wants not what I want):

Oh and this kid wanted to be in every picture and bullied all the other kids. If I had a child, I'd want someone just like him.

Not the best pictures but quick edits.

I love the child picture, very very nice to my eyes :)

And the first one is good too, clichè but hey that's what most brides want :D

LOL knowing you you probably enjoyed that dance with the awfully sexy lady ^_^

I like the photos overall and I see nothing wrong with a cheesy photo like that, it's for a wedding album I'm guessing no problems there. The food I would assume would have been the part that got to you the most

If you guys want the final version:

http://www.collages.net/consumersite/eventlogin.aspx?username=ruby

Username: Ruby
password: 18023

images are proofed and are, of course, only 10% of original quality.

Start with morning pictures :)
Still in the learning process; all feedback is appreciated :)
did 95% of those images, while assistant did the other 5% (she's a girl :D)

A few comments:

You don't have to put your email. Just put w/e @ w/e.com
The light on the church was a combination of tugsten + hallu + sunlight, ending up with a greenish tone. I had a horrible time!
The venue was poorly lit, so there may be some pictures where I should have shot with faster shutter speed.
I'm not sure why collages.net mixed the pictures around, but they were in chronological order originally :D

@ The rose garden.. did you not use fill flash for some of the shots? The bg are blown out on alot of them.. and either i'm seeing alot of CA on some of the shots or huge color shifts with the editing done.

@ The Venue pics- I see change in WB for alot of pics :P Couldn't really see any blurred shots.. maybe it's the res of the photo on the site. I like the cake shot tho

Wish i have the opportunity to be an assistant shooter for a wedding some day. I think i'm going to quit my current job in the next 6 months. :/
