I like the first one man.. reminds me of a shot I took a few years back :)

Number 3 is nice too. Quite delicate. Could of been a warmer tone of light though + there is quite a bit of green fringing around the white petals. To minimize this, try stopping the aperture down to ~f4-5.6. It'd probably ruin the look of the shot though >.<

Did you invert the last one by any chance?

Thanks!
Well I was surprised to see so much CA in #3 because it was taken with an EF 35mm f1.4L lens at f1.8.
All my other lenses seem to produce so much less CA wide open :(

I think 1 is a little over edited.

3 and 4 are really great!

Well I over edited it to put it on DeviantArt while I have also uploaded an unedited version on Flickr:

I know some like unedited photos while others prefer the over-saturated hdr look.

how come the first one seems so terribly poor in quality? because it´s quite beautifully shot.

High contrast + wide open = CA

Sometimes you just have to deal with it and fix it in post :/

hmm in what way is the quality terribly poor? I admit it's a bit oversaturated and the lens I used isn't the sharpest but to my eyes there are quite a lot of details in this one at least a lot more than some of the sunset photos I have posted lol.

I think I am going to avoid taking any more landscape shots for awhile or at least until I have read some more tutorials and got myself a filter holder and some GND filters so I have been trying to shoot some bugs and plants instead :D
Here are some I took earlier this evening:
