Hello, I am Pierre and I am new to photography. I purchased a Nikkon d3000 and 2 lenses (DX AF-S 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6G, DX AF-S 55-200mm 1:4-5.6G) May 7th 2010. I have been trying a few different things and I would like to share some of the pictures I have taken over the last couple months as I learn how to use my camera. I have so much to learn so feel free to criticize, rate, comment, or leave tips.

The first one is very nice!!! The lighting is good - seems you caught it at a good time where the sun is setting :). I really like that one.

Your water fall ones are very interesting as well, I really like the white lights one.

You have great potential here, keep it up. And thanks for sharing your photos!

One suggestion, lower your ISO setting. It will reduce the noise in all of these shots.
