I'm looking for a Canon Rebel T2i body for under $700 or a kit with a 50mm or fast zoom lens for under $1k.

Also, how good is the Canon EF-S 18-135mm 3.5/f-5.6/f IS UD lens in terms of sharpness, clarity, etc?

I put my A300 up for sale this morning, I had the buy it now set at $900 and in less then 30 minutes it was sold. O.o

If you're willing to do some work. Buy a T2i kit with a Pixma Pro 9000/ 9500 MK II printer. Sell the printer and kit lens.

Or you can just go to bing. Search for motherboard and click tigerdirect for 15.2% bing cashback.

The t2i is listed on TD for $799.99, you get $121.60 back for a grand total of $678.39

18-135 is a decent all purpose lens. But it's not going to blow anyone away with it's quality.

Gratz on selling the A300 so quickly. :)

Wow thanks a lot, I never thought about using Bing.

I guess I'll have to make an account!

:Edit:

Oh wait, can I just use a Windows Live account that I have already?

Thought about it, why the 30mm rather than the 50mm?

Well this just blows. Apparently the guy who bought my camera never intended to pay for it, he deleted his account that he made just today before he paid for the item. Oh well. I relisted it and lets hope a legitimate buyer comes along.

30mm on the t2i crop = 48mm full frame.

I felt really limited with 50mm on my camera. (same crop factor)

I can always crop more if i wanted with the 30mm.. it's crazy sharp (the sigma 30.. i have one)
