Black - thought you were leaving the forum like weeks ago because you couldn't take other people's opinions. It's weird, it's like you ask for opinions on something then totally freak out when people say anything that's different than what you think.
I'm not a photographer, but I am an artist. So I can't critique your photographs except saying that it does not look appealing TO ME. If it does to you, then fantastic, but I'd honestly like to know why it is you constantly post looking for some sort of advice then you can't take it. It makes NO sense to me. I've seen you do that both here and in graphics section

My personal opinion (even though I know you wont listen) is:
I'm not even sure how a staircase *is* in fact abstract in the first place. Maybe that's where you're mistaken. So far as I understand it, abstract art has no recognizable shapes, I mean that's what the definition of abstract is : "Art that does not depict recognizable scenes or objects, but instead is made up of forms and colours that exist for their own expressive sake." And, isn't abstract photography more like - minimalism... you take a photograph of something really small? I thought I had read abstract photography still held to the general rule of abstract art as a whole.
