I very much like it aside from one thing.

To me the focal point should be at the bottom and slowly blur away.

This will keep your eyes following the road, and leaving you wanting more.
Try adjusting the focal point. (You can only do this, if you created the blur with photoshop.)

All in all 8/10 :D
