Yeah I know I usually don't post here, just kind of sneak in and look at pictures, but about a month back I went to Hawaii and took some pictures
and my main man Qhotex helped me with HDR.
I only have one picture as of right now but I'll keep updating this thread when i get a chance with new pictures.
I'd love your criticism, good or bad.

Would a blur layer over the picture with some opacity changes be better?

if you sharpen first then blur its not going to look good. Hopefully this isnt the only edit after doing the hdr. Allso one thing you should know that allways sharpen after you resized the pic, that way u get the best resaults

This. Looks good otherwise though. The sand got a little too bright imo but the sky / mountain looks godly Which island were you at? (I'm on the islands every summer practically and I'll be there in less than a month :p)

Hah. On that particular aspect, everyone does. Did you ever go somewhere else than Waikiki? I can't say that Waikiki is ANYTHING as beautiful as the north-shore of Oahu. Waikiki is tourist-ridden and the beaches there are mostly man-made.

we did go to a beach near the the top of oahu, the bathrooms around the tourist locations are so disgusting :(.
