Here it goes.. I was on my way home after buying a memory-card for my new 'Canon Ixus 95 LS' and yes i know: a small low-budget Digital camera. Bought it yesterday, when i descided to get into pictures and photography.
On with the story: Was on my way home, when i stumbled across a pack of swans - 2 adults and like 6-7 cubs (or whatever they'r called) walking on a side-road to a bigger road. Quite a sight to see them there ^_^
Sorry for the massive pic. I will post more in this topic when i get them cropped.

Took me 10 seconds...

Pretty good, I like swans :)

I think you should have either framed the top left swan out (Seeing just the feet/chest draws my attention off the main focus!)
I think if you also got lower to the ground, from what THEY see, their perspective, of them, it would have dramatically improved the way the shot looked.

Grey swans are actually quite rare (The darker, the rarer) and are typically caused my a black and white swan reproducing!

Very great shots, and awesome find! (A great example of how it pays off you have your camera with you all the time!)

Those guys are so fuzzy and cute!
Where do you live? I mean I have never seen swans walking on the streets before they usually tend to keep close to the waters.

and it looks like someone was try to scare them away with a broom in this one:

I live in Denmark..
They are usally NOT on the roads. Thats the speciel thing about them - oh, and of course the cute cubs ^_^

The guy with the broom is from the Fire-Department in our region.
We were like 6 people pushing the swans back to their "place". I dont know what it's called in English - there are usally ducks and swans there.
