It is slow to load, slow to upload, has a limit to how much you can upload at a time, and you have to do too much the get the links to the images. It's just too tedious and time consuming when there are far better services.

for me deviant arts is waaaaay more slower, allso really buggy. When u want link to images at flicr, just click the original size and copy the link or then remove that ?v=0 end of the link of mediaum sized image. Uploading to flickr is way easier than in da, for me multiple image uploading doesent work and the site works so slow that its really annoying to upload even one image there. On flickr you can upload meny images and add tags to whole patch really easilly

Yeah that's what I've noticed about DeviantArt too - multiple image uploading doesn't work AT ALL.

I use Picasa - I can upload any size I want and all I have to do is drag and drop the files into a folder in the Picasa program.

pff you cant even link from picasa, allso viewing that is total pain in the ass, first it shows some really really low definition pic and wants you to zoom in to even understand whats in the pic, then it takes long time to load and will show the pic in same size as non zoomed low res pic.
