me too, stawberrys are tasty, especially with some chocolate coloured sauce poured over them

composition and dof are good, you could have left just a hint more room to left side tho, but the strawberry is just in the right spot. I dont really like food photography tho(unless there is something extra special in the pic) and who the heck ruins a strawberry with some choclate sauce? lol

Chocolate strawberries are amazing...Have you never had one?
Go to a local culinary school or university and see if they have any, they are amazing. (You can probably taste 1 for free from a culinary school too, that's where I first tasted it...)

If the strawberry isnt best as it is, then your eating wrong type of strawberrys

I always eat raw strawberries, I just wanted chocolate on it for the picture to add some sort of concept.
My brother always puts sugar/splenda on them, I can't stand that

the chocolate is the best bit

I love food photography and strong colours! actually, I was trying to take a picture of a strawberry falling into a bowl of milk last week.. but the light was just too bad I'll try that again sometimes^^

I actually thought that was balsamic vinegar, in italy people eat strawberries with a drop or two of balsamic vinegar.

good idea the red and white would look very nice together!
