I just kinda got home after walking around the city for an hour and a half course it was actually not very cold outside and the weather was nice too.
I took over 60 pics in total and decided to upload around 20 of them biggrin.gif hope it's not too much for you guys tongue.gif
Some of them were serious attempts while some were intended as snapshots of things I find amusing or interesting.
I guess I'll begin with the more serious photos lol

#1 This pics kinda got a lil bit underexposed so I decided to make it b&w.

#2 Here is a pic taking at the same spot but more properly exposed.

#3 I took a similar pic a few days ago but according to a few "pro-photograhers" in thephotoforum it got ruined by the cars in the background so I went somewhere else and made another attempt but I am not sure if this one turned out good either because of the stupid huge tree in the background. I would like to know what you guys think of this. wink.gif

#4 lol I was actually kneeling in the snow when I took this pic course I wanted to get more of the snowy ground... not sure if I succeeded though.

#5 I could only imagine how beautiful it's going to look here in the summer heart.gif

#6 I hope my shadow didn't ruin this one ohmy.gif

#8 It got windy all of the sudden and the wind blew up a lot of snow which got on my camera sad.gif and as you can see in this picture the front part of my lens got tiny water drops on it. I had to use manual focus to take this one lol.

#9 I didn't know that the University of Regina is only a few blocks from where I live lol

#10 This picture shows how much it has been snowing here biggrin.gif

#11 Some house owners are just lazy, just look at the stairs lol

#12 "lemme give you a hand" happy.gif

EDIT: I think 12 pictures in one thread is just too much so I decided to make another thread and post the rest of the photos in there laugh.gif

wow thanks! A positive comment from a pro like you means quite a lot to me wink.gif
lol Well I guess sometimes I shouldn't "listen" to my camera and make picture the way I wanted it to look like.

i got a tip. some times the most random of all photographs take the best pictures. a lot of my accidental photographs turned out to be my favourites. I mean when it comes to model work and human portaits and ect then yeah there's stuff to look and techniques.

what camera are you using?
