Heh. I presume you were shooting at a high ISO on your camera or you added the grain in PS, rather than used a high ASA film. If I can find some of the shots I took on IR film I'll show you some real grain.

about iso 400, not high, but more than my usual 80-100. =]

Well most p&s cameras show huge amount of noise already at ISO 400 that's one of the main reasons why people who are more serious with photography buy those more expensive DSLRs instead.

Yeah, but film's so much more satisfying than digital work. There's something nice about working in a darkroom, getting high off various chemical fumes.
