The assignment is NEW YEAR. Is there something cool, unique or special to you that you do with your families and/or friends? Is there any kind of special events going on at the city you live? I have seen videos and panorama photos of Times Square in New York on new year eves and they just look amazing. It's like the whole city was gathered there waiting for a new year.

hehe the reason why I set the due date to end of January is because I want to post some pics as well that is if I can find anything related to the new year celebration a few days after its over lmao

lol well let's just wait and see what will happen. I mean I don't want to get too excited now because from my experience has taught me that getting excited and expect too much would just result in disappointments but I do hope that I will be able to get a camera soon since I have been waiting to get one for awhile now.

I think they're fun :3 Although contests with bragging rights are the best<3 Especially contests where the reward is some crappy paint banner you can flaunt in your sig

I think we are going to local hill with some friends for the mid night, im not going to take my tripod, but maybe ill borrow mates. View from the hill is great and on a clear day you can see like 20km away from there, allso there will be alot of fireworks there. Im not promising eny good firework pics, because im not sure if ill use tripod and im most likely pretty drunk at the time

Cool! xD That's the same with me though ... I'm starting to have second thoughts as I promised my friend to go get high with him somewhere and I don't know if I trust myself with my camera when intoxicated xD
