Hello Jonas,
Thank you for contacting Blizzard Entertainment.
The IP address listed was recently used to violate the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement
http://www.battle.net/tou.shtml. The most common causes for this are: connecting to Battle.net with an invalid CD-Key, spamming the chat channels, use of flood or load bots, harassing another user, and/or the use of a third party program(s).
The IP address has warranted a lengthy restriction and will not be able to access Battle.net for up to two weeks. If you feel that you have not violated the Battle.net TOU, your computer may be infected with a virus that has resulted in the violation of the Terms of Use. You can find info on virus detection and removal here -
http://www.blizzard.com/support/?id=asi0462p. Unfortunately, even if this were the case, we will not be able to reverse the restriction placed on the IP address.
If there is anything else I can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to contact me at:
MartyT.Support@Blizzard.com.
Regards,
Marty T.
