kamarat body-builder mi napisal dietu ktoru jemu dal trener:
rano do 8:00 - musli s mliekom/vodou
desiata 10:30 - banan/pomaranc(proste dake ovocie)
obed 12:30 - meso - 250g(bravcove/kuracie) s ryzou/zemiakmy/cestovinamy - 250g
olovrant 15:00 - cottage cheese/tvaroh/protein (napoj alebo daco)
16:45 - to iste co na obed
18:30 - cottage/tvaroh/protein
20:00 - zelenina s vajcovymi bielkami
samozrejme do toho treba cvicit.
on dal toto mne aby som ja na sebe zacal makat, ale stale som len obezny lenivy kar.

diety a posilka vsetko by bolo len som lenivy ako debil... nemate dakto na to nieco?
