That looks decent, but i forgot to mention im trying to find one with servers in Australia thats probably an important feature i missed out.
Also i would prefer them to use that multicraft control panel.

Don't really need factions with Grief Prevention.

clans is just a way to easily manage a group of your friends and do many more. great plugin
i hate factions because it has like the worst claiming system and has raiding.. which is like retarded
