Sorry about not posting in a while guys. I'll have to check out some of the things you guys posted too. 
Anyway, I had a few little issues with updated my server, but it's back and running online now!

Rules for my Minecraft server:
-No flamming or starting fights.
-Do not go around blowing up, vandalizing or destroying the landscape for no reason. Nobody wants to build in a destroyed world.
-No blowing up, destroying, building on or over, adding to or vandalizing other people's property or creations.
-The map is infinite huge, so spread out from other people and give yourself and other people room to grow. DO NOT build right up against anybody else's property or creations, unless you're building together or it's fine with the other person. If you think you're not far enough away from somebody else's area, then keep moving until you're far enough away that you have plenty of space to build in all directions.
Thing you should know on my server:
-Mobs appear at night and in dark unlit areas.
-Sleeping in a bed will make that bed's location your new spawn location if you were to die. (moving or picking up the bed my reset your spawn location)
-You may have OP privileges to be able to spawn blocks and teleport to other player's locations if you would like to.
-Be careful not to put wood or wool blocks near open fire or lava, as THEY WILL both burn and completely destroy your wood and wool block structures!
-It would be a good idea to put wooden message signs somewhere around your property, so people know who's area or creation your stuff belongs to.
-My server runs on a private VPS and is up 24 hours a day, so you can go on it whenever you want to!
-My server is saved often in case somebody were to grief or a major accident were to occur, this protects people's property and creations from getting ruined.
-If you accidentally destroy something beyond repair, let me know and I might be able to roll back the server to restore what was destroyed. (don't worry, it happens)
-My server is for you to enjoy and have fun building, but if I catch anybody purposely griefing or breaking anyone of my rules, you may be banned. My server is meant to be a place to build and have fun without the worry of griefing or people destroying your creations.
-Your only limit on building is your imagination!
-Have fun exploring and building your creations!

-If something major happens (like if somebody griefs or somebody accidentally catches something on fire and things get destroyed), just send me a pm on jsp and I can rollback the server to the last saved point if needed.
