Maybe try Bukkit's VoxelSniper mod (google it) using the Disk function to make circles. You can also use that mod to create different shapes, add mobs, add trees, change landscapes, terrain building and it has a lot more uses too. I use it in my private server. (just a server on my pc for working on my own projects)
nah, i meant just making it legitly but finding out the places to put blcoks to make the circle look good, but i found one
