If you need any plugin help let me know, I admin on a tekkit server and I take care of all the plugins.
How busy does it normally get? I don't like playing on servers that are empty and I don't like playing on servers that are full and have no staff.
(I speak from experince that people will grief even tho you have factions/towny/whatever. So if the server is populated and no staff to take care of that people just complain all the time)
