Yeah, one time payment.

You can do almost whatever you want in the game. You can go fishing, mining, build rollercoasters, castles, make farms, greenhouses, etc. It's all up to your imagination.

The game brings out the creative side of the player.

I bought it last night, and I've hooked, it's so much fun.
