ok some how my torches have been manipulated. i cant say how when or why, but the have been.
i noticed exfering them around today. hey look like regular large charms , and reqire no level. so to prove this i put one of these torches on a level one char. to my surprise they recieved all mod bonuses, has this ever happened to anyone else let me know
