I found these myself and have enough GC's to reroll, so now you can do it too! With my MH turned on, you can see the iLvls in the pics below, so you know they are real.

Yes, any grand charm found on hell baal, nihlathak, diablo can possibly spawn 41-45 life. You can reroll in your cube with 3 pgems hoping for a skiller with 41+ life.

EDIT - the MH I use is C3P0 and so far has not been banned, but is probably detectable, so I wouldn't recommend it.
